What is the lead time for orders?
We operate on a made to order basis as our small chops are made and delivered fresh so we require orders to be placed in advance.
Orders are shipped EVERY TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY for Priority NEXT DAY delivery
Pre-orders close at 9AM EVERY TUESDAY

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds.
Orders are shipped PRIORITY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY so please make sure all your details are correct when placing the order and make sure you are available to accept delivery.
Missed deliveries are not subject to refunds
